A dying Vietnam veteran who has only days to live was finally granted his last wish by a stranger who reunited him with his beloved lost dog, Mr. Cutie. John Simpson, a veteran, was placed to a hospice and couldn’t bring his dog with him but Mr. Cutie managed to escape his new owner’s home by digging a hole under a backyard fence. The next day, he visited Simpson in the hospital.
